Hockey Lion strives to bring the highest quality of standards to our customers. We understand that there may be instances where manufacturing issues may cause products to not live up to expectations. Each manufacturer has their own warranty process and must be followed in order effectively and fairly serve our clientele. They can be outlined below.

Pro Stock Equipment |
| Due to the nature of pro stock equipment of any kind, there are no warranties offered upon purchase. Pro Stock equipment is designed for professional use, thus they do not carry warranty in any form at the retail level. We at Hockey Lion have taken this into account and have made it reflective in the pricing structure of said products. |

In case of a manufacturer's defect during the warranty period, return the purchase to the store for an exchange. For online purchases please email us at orders@hockeylion.com. Hockey Lion sells a variety of manufacturers’ products, including products manufactured by Bauer. Please note that Hockey Lion is not an authorized distributor of Authentic Bauer Merchandise and Bauer’s product warranties do not apply to Bauer products that you purchase from Hockey Lion. |
